Where are some of my photos in iCloud backup ?
I backed up my photos in iCloud but it is not there in my iCloud. Where are the photos ?

You cannot view the contents of an iCloud Backup. The photos that you can view at www.icloud.com are photos that are synced via iCloud Photos.
