Airdrop
Go to Settings/General/Airdrop and enabled either Contacts or Anyone.
And note that you must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network to Airdrop.

Tried that. I can send but cannot receive
I have restarted my phone. I have also found I get airdrops from other people.
My airdrop can send but will not receive. I do not get notification
