If your credit card or debit card is not being accepted in iTunes, take a look at this for some help.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If you see a message that your account has been disabled in iTunes or the App Store, see this. You will need help from Apple to fix this.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
