No service

My iphone7 says no service. Do I have to get another phone?

We're glad you thought to ask Apple Support Communities about seeing "No Service" on your iPhone 7. If you haven't already, complete the steps in the following guide to see if that helps: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If the issue continues, you will likely want to seek service. You may also qualify for this program: iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues
