Hello,

Your phone likely has water damage.

1) Let it dry out

2) See this: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge

3) How to verify the water damage: Water and other liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty - Apple Support

4) Have it checked: Find Locations

Good luck.
