Is there anyway to upgrade my OS without buying a new Mac
I am using a Mini Mac mid-2010 with High Sierra, is there anyway to upgrade my OS without having to buy a new Mini Mac?

No. The mid 2010 Mac Mini cannot be upgraded beyond 10.13.6.

Thanks for your reply, I was afraid of that. Is there any security software, that can take the place of the security that is being discontinued with High Sierra?
FWIW, the security built into High Sierra is not being "discontinued". Newer versions have a higher level of security. You do not want to install so called third-party security or antivirus apps.
FYI: I do have Malwarebytes installed & it does find an occasional problem.
Thanks for the link.
You're welcome.
