Apple Watch is still connected to previous owner Apple ID

Have been brought a second hand Apple Watch series 3 and it has been reset but still connected to the previous owners Apple ID, can’t get in contact with them. What can I do?

Without the previous owners apple id the watch is of no use to you,if you can get your money back.
