Can I setup a different cell number on my Iwatch 6

I am setting up a new iWatch 6 series and pairing to my work iPhone. Am I able to use a different cell number which will be my personal cell along with my work Apple ID?

The Apple Watch uses the cell number of the iPhone it’s paired to.
