Battery health is at 86 % after 1 year what to do is it ok ?

Do nothing. Enjoy your iPhone. When the Battery Health Capacity reaches 80% or lower than get the battery replaced. That is what Apple recommends. You may be able to use it for another year before it gets below 80%.
