I have set profile photos for my contacts, but can't get them to be full screen when that person calls. From my research online I realized that the photo needs to be stored on the phone, must be portrait and high resolution, all of which I have done and they still only show up in the small bubble. Any. recommendations?

All your contacts on your Favourites list are already as full screen.
You need to do this for each and every contact. The process initially may seem weird but works well.
Thank you for the detailed answer, but I have so definitely tried this already. I will do it again, but it has not worked in the past.
