The store does not make the manufacturer's warranty conditions

A year ago, 11.12.2019, I bought an iPhone XS 256gb in the Citrus store, Ukraine, Kiev. It was a birthday present for a friend.

08.12.2020 a green stripe appeared on the screen of this phone.

The service center told me it was a defect and I had to replace the phone under warranty. But a store in Ukraine says the warranty is 360 days, not 1 year.

What should I do, who can help me? Repair costs a lot of money. And what happened, it's not our fault. Please help.

No one here works for Apple.
