iTunes Download for MacOS 11.0.1

I have an updated MacBook and I can't download iTunes because it says it needs 10.13.99 or earlier. How do I solves this issue?

iTunes isn't supported on Catalina or Big Sur. See What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support.
