Hi,
i have iCloud photo that doesn’t sync on my new iPhone 12:
• iCloud photo is activated
• if I check on the iCloud website, I see the photo
• if I go in my photo library, I don’t see the picture
• the « hidden » folder is empty
it’s pictures coming from another phone (it had a full day to sync)
note: I don’t have the video either

Hi
I found the solution: you need to be plugged and on the wifi for the sync to start. At the bottom of the photo library, you can see if it’s downloading and the progress.
however, it’s excruciatingly slow!
