Not all my iCloud pictures sync on my iPhone

Hi,

i have iCloud photo that doesn’t sync on my new iPhone 12:

• iCloud photo is activated

• if I check on the iCloud website, I see the photo

• if I go in my photo library, I don’t see the picture

• the « hidden » folder is empty

it’s pictures coming from another phone (it had a full day to sync)

note: I don’t have the video either
