I have a Apple Music subscription via Family Sharing.When I log in to iTunes on Windows 8 I don't have access to my subscription.I only can use it on iPhone.iTunes version is 12.10.10.

Thanks for your answer.This setting was already on but I scrolled down and saw Apple Music ID wasn't same with my Family Sharing ID.I didn't knew Apple Music had a different ID.I mean, I didn't thought Apple Music would need another ID.Then, I changed it for both iPhone and iTunes and now it works.Thanks.
I dont have acces to my subscription on iTunes.
