Encrypted iPhone Backup

Hi,

I have backed up my iPhone to my MacBook, and now I'm trying to restore the backup but it asks for a password. I never selected to encrypt my backup.

Is there a way to get that data by bypassing the password?

Thanks

You can't bypass a request for a password for an encrypted backup. That would defeat the whole purpose of encryption. One can easily mistakenly select for backups to be encrypted.
