Unexplained deterioration of battery health

I had bought an iPhone 11 Pro in March last year. I am shocked to see that the battery health shows Maximum Capacity having deteriorated to 90% in less than an year in spite of having taken good care of my iPhone. I am really disappointed at this. Should I invoke the warranty and get a replacement - there are two months left before the warranty expires.

That's within the range of normal. Batteries are consumables. They deteriorate. "Taking good care" of your phone doesn't stop that. Apple will not replace it under warranty as they consider the battery fit for purpose until it drops below 80%.
