You can only update to the current version, which is 14.4.

Please verify the model phone you have as it's displayed in Settings>General>About, and the version of iOS you're currently running.

Please verify EXACTLY what model phone you're using.

To update, you need to be connected to WiFi and have at least 50% power. Then go to Settings>General>Software Update.

What does it say in "Software Version"?

What does it say in "Model Name"

What does it say in "Model Number"?

Then make sure you are connected to WiFi and have at least 50% battery charge. (preferably keep it plugged in).

Go to Settings>General>Software Update.

What do you see?
