How to sign up for Apple One and not lose current Apple Music from Family Subscription?

How to sign up for Apple One and not lose current Apple Music from Family Subscription? i.e. My wife signed up for Family Plan Apple Music. We both have music on our devices from this subscription. it's more cost effective (with other existing Apple subscriptions) to sign up for Apple One. My concern is that if we cancel existing Apple Music and convert to Apple One, we will lose the current music on our devices.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

I suspect Apple has accommodated that when you sign up.

Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - https://support.apple.com/HT211659

"If you already subscribe to Apple Music, Apple News+, Apple Arcade, or Apple TV+, you don't need to cancel those subscriptions. They will automatically be canceled when you're billed for Apple One."

Sorry, all I know is what i read about it. This link What happens to your iCloud storage plan when you sign up for Apple One - Apple Support about iCloud storage has a section where it says a family member can choose if they want to join in with the family plan or stick with their own. I don't know if it is the same for all the shareable plans. It may just be if they accept the invitation to a family plan that their is canceled automatically, but I guess one could just keep an eye on things to make sure your personal one doesn't continue.
