Iphone screen frozen

I have an iphone 7 that was working pretty well up until a week ago. It is stuck on the apple logo screen and every time I try to restart it, it won't work. I press the volume down button and the power button but it just goes black and a couple seconds later it goes back to the logo screen. Does anyone know what I have to do?

I have revisited the steps necessary to troubleshoot this thing. I have also listed the right steps to conduct a Forced ReStart.


  1. Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. If that does not work then -
  2. Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
