Why I can’t add my Visa card? Always it says your payment method was declined. Update it or add a new payment method and try again. So it was working before and now it’s not. And i am from Maldives

I already tried this too. Even I removed my recent card and try to add the card again and it’s still saying the same.
The card and the Apple ID region must match. Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in.
