An app on my Apple TV

About a week ago my Netflix app wouldn’t open. Just kept closing every time I clicked it. So I deleted the app and re downloaded it. But it’s still not working. Please help

It seems the latest update of the Netflix app requires that the Apple TV is updated to the latest version tvOS (v14.x). How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support
