Why didn’t my messages from my old phone transfer over to my new phone and it was all backed up everything else transferred but the message are still in my iCloud
If you were using iCloud messages, they are not backed up and transferred in your backup. You just need to log into the same Apple ID and turn on Messages for them to appear.
