How can I access all my recipes from the above app .

Well, if the app is no longer in your App Store, all the above applies. Google search your developer. Otherwise, your information will be lost.
If the app is in your App Store, be certain you’re running the current app version (as well as the latest iOS version).

I was unable to find an app named "Recipe Book" in the (U.S.) App Store.
I still have the app on my phone but is doesn't open .
If you’re in the U.S., since it’s no longer in the Store, the app is no longer supported. Seek advice from the developer’s website.
I cannot find any info on the developers.
