I was charged twice . How can I restore my credit?

Hi Faso...,

Work you way through the possibilities listed in the first link in particular:


If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - https://support.apple.com/HT201382 --> "If you think you're being billed twice for the same item, it might be a payment authorization hold (https://support.apple.com/HT201292) and not an actual charge. The charge will disappear after your purchase clears."


If applicable ask family members about purchases made under Family Sharing which might be charged to the organizer's card but will not appear under the organizer's purchase history.


Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase - https://support.apple.com/HT204084
