Having an MDM Profile installed generally indicates that your iPad is “centrally managed” by an Educational Establishment or Enterprise - and that the device does not necessarily belong to you.

In such circumstances, you’ll need to seek assistance from the System Administrator that manages your device; without their assistance, you may not be able to resolve your issue.

If your iPad is centrally managed, the installed Management Profile will likely prevent reset of the iPad and/or changes to some system settings. In most cases, the profile cannot be removed. If you cannot manually remove the MDM profile directly from iPad settings, a reset or restore of the iPad will not remove the profile - and may disable the iPad.
