i have just purchased more storage for my iphone and it’s still telling me i don’t have enough storage to download apps but i’ve only used 5.1 out of 200 , if anyone knows how to help i would be very greatfull

You cannot buy more storage for an iPhone; you can only buy more iCloud storage and that can only help in a very limited way with a shortage of space on a phone. The 5.1 of 200 is iCloud storage.
