Air pods Microphone not working

Hello I got my Air pods not to long ago and every time I call my friends or anything no one can hear me. It seems that the mics don't work well on them and is that a normal thing or what. Is there a way to fix it.

Hello,

Try this:

Open the Settings app and go to the Bluetooth section. Next to the AirPods entry on the list of devices, you should see an “i” icon inside of a circle. Tap this, then select microphone, and set it to either left, right or automatic. Try switching it back and forth.

Then, test with the Voice Memos app.

Good luck.
