iMessages
My iMessages were not transferred to my new iPad when I set it up from the last backup. How can I get the messages transferred?

If your existing messages where not in included in your iCloud or iTunes backup, this would imply that Messages in iCloud was enabled when the backup was last made - as this setting would exclude Messages from the backup.
If you enable Messages in iCloud on your device(s), your messages should be restored.
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Messages - set to ON
