ok i need help please
My macbook pro is on the list and says i can upgrade to big sur but when i go to app store
to download it says not able to upgrade so does anyone know what i should do it on list
i have backed up and there is plenty of storage

Double check you have correctly identified your Mac model: Get more information about your computer choose Apple menu > 'About This Mac' in the upper left corner of any window, then "More Info..." or "System Report". Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and UUIDs (if present). Please also include the year which may not be provided in this information. you need a Late 2013 MacBook Pro which is a MacBookPro11,1, or later.
