Contact your Carrier:
What exactly is occurring? If you cannot connect to you cellular service, then contact your carrier.
Try a Hard Restart:
- Deselect: all of these apps (so that they are "grey" in color)
- Tap: General
- Tap: Shut Down (very bottom).
- Swipe: Line to the Right
- Wait: 30 Seconds
- Power Back Up
