Restore or delete a hidden app

I accidentally hid an app when I went to delete it. I need the app but was having trouble with it so I was wanting to delete it and re install it but now I am so stuck I need help. I have tried everything that google suggests and whenever I go into the app store and click on my account then click hidden apps it of course is in there, but my only option for that app is to "open". It does let me click and highlight it but it doesn't do anything else. I'd gladly take any help!

How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

you can delete from the App Library by locating the app and tap/hold, select Delete App

or you can go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > [app name] > Delete

If you still are unable to delete, check:

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps

make sure that's set to 'Allow'
