We don't have access to your Apple ID, payment and billing, and subscriptions info.

Here's how you can check:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

If the bank did not indicate the charge was present on your credit card account, then this was likely a scam attempt.


Somebody phishing for your credentials.


They're looking to get you to click on the links in the scam message and log into their fake Apple site with your real credentials.


That would be bad.
