Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store
I have been having this issue of this apple id has not yet been used in the itunes store, please help me resolve this problem .

To clarify, are you still receiving this error message? If so, follow If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
If you run into an issue updating your payment method check out: If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID
