Logitech Slim Folio Pro (some keys not working with iPad Pro

Hello,

I've been having issue with my slim folio with my iPad Pro, software version 14.4.1 model MU102X/A

Only some keys are not working intermittently, such as space, a x, c


Wondering if anyone have similar issue and was able to find a fix. Thank you all.

Did you already try to disconnect, reboot your iPad, then reconnect and re-pair that accessory?

Did you already try to contact the shop where you bought it or Logitech support team and explain your problem?

It should have 1 year warranty.
