Storage issue on MacPro

I have a 2013 MacPro and have storage problems. I am using iCloud for photos etc. but my other category is occupying 95% of storage and emails keep repopulating after they are deleted, causing my mailbox to quit because of insufficient storage space. Thoughts before I head to the genius bar?

Try something like OmniDiskSweeper for a GUI to get a good look at itemized file size and location:
