i found an iphone i found an iphone xs max 2 weeks ago and i have been trying to find his owner but i couldn't because i'm living in tourism city, this phone for one of the tourist i knew that because of the SIM in this phone isn't from my country so the question is can i use this phone ? if no can i get any information about the owner to give it back to him
