Guess the computer is loaded with Catalina or Big Sur. Apple has discontinues iTunes on both versions of macOS. They have been replaced with Apple TV, Apple Music and Apple Podcasts. To Sync Music - use the Apple Music Application and Authorized this Computer from Account Setting in Music
