My app won’t open on my apple tv

My Netflix app won’t open on my Apple TV. I already deleted it and re-Downloaded it. I also unplugged the Apple TV and plugged it bag in.

The latest version of the Netflix app seems to require that the Apple TV system software is also updated (to tvOS 14.x). How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support
