hello, i think my phone is hacked, they are removing money from my internet card, so i tried to remove my visa but it didn’t work, apple says the is one subscription needs to be renewed but i don’t have any subscription they are all expired, please help me ???

Three Thoughts:
A. Use PayPal:
No one here can access your Apple Account information (and that is a good thing, BTW). You need at least one Method of Payment assigned to your Apple Account. So, what you can do is, if an option in your location, is use a PayPal account, and assign that as your Method of Payment, rather than a credit card itself. Check Here: Payment Methods that you can Use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
B. Canceling your Card:
If this were me, I'd contact my financial institution and would cancel the card ASAP. Consider doing the same.
C. Modify your Credentials:
If you suspect activity issues, then modify your credentials:
