With Family Sharing, can I access the iCloud drives of others in the family?

Greetings,

My kids (9 and 10) have iCloud accounts under our Family Sharing plan. Can I access their iCloud Drive files (like documents) and vice versa? So, can I add a file into one of their iCloud drives and vice versa?

Thanks!
