So my mom pays for the family Prescription of Apple Music but we all share her Apple Music account like we’re all connected in one account how do I make my own Apple Music account but still be linked to her stuff like my friends they have their own accounts but are in like the family sharing plan so they only have to pay for the family sharing plan

It sounds like everyone in your family uses the same Apple ID. If so, that is not really Family Sharing and you are not using the Apple Music Family subscription properly. See these articles to setup Family Sharing so that everyone in the family will have their own music library:

As long as you share Apple IDs, there is no way for everyone to have their own music library.
