Windows Laptop showing up under Apple ID

Hi everyone, random question here. I recently was looking over my Apple Account via my iPhone 12 & noticed that a Windows Device was listed under my devices—specifically “Laptop-7EVTS4OK.” This is odd because I haven’t owned a Windows device in over 11 years and cannot ever remember logging into Apple via a Windows device. I could only see the Windows device when looking at my Apple ID via my iPhone 12. I could not see it listed when I logged onto Apple via my iMac, iPad Pro or iPod Touch.

Per Apple Customer Support, I removed the Windows device from my account and changed my password. I have a couple questions:

1.) Is there a way to figure out the exact device/laptop model associated with “LAPTOP-7EVTS4OK”

2.) Why was this device only visible when viewing my Apple ID from my iPhone? It did not appear when using any of my other Apple devices.

There isn't a way to figure out what laptop that is or its location.
