How to transfer apps from android to ios

Just bought the iphone 12

Had a Google pixel and was an Android user for years.

How do I get a list of apps from android and have ios load them?

iPhone 8, iOS 13

You don't. Android apps don't run on iOS and vice versa.

You will have to repurchase/download them or equivalent apps from the App Store.
