Promotions Are Disable on Instagram for Business accounts

Good day,

I am not sure if you guys can assist me in find out how to disable the restrictions placed on my business account via Instagram.

I have been trying my upmost to report a problem with my business account profile. I had tried running an advertising promotion from Sunday for Mother’s Day and saw that my advertising account was disable due to Facebook advertising policies which prompt me to read the policies which none had apply to the photo which I placed on the page. I then proceeded to follow the steps set out for a review which wasn’t successful. I then went on to reporting a problem and that wasn’t successful either. I proceeded to google it and saw stuff talking restricted Facebook and not Instagram. I also saw that the iOS 14 for iPhone may have played apart in this due to same of the comments that I have read but I am not getting the answers I need to have my business advertising up and running.

I have since deleted the photo and still no progress. I really need assistance in figuring this out. I have reached out to Instagram using the information given and was unsuccessful. If you have any suggestions on how I can getting this fix Please assist any help will be appreciated. thank you so much!
