Apple Pay decline

My Apple Pay keeps declining when there are enough funds in my account. I have spoke to my bank and they inform me this is an Apple Pay issue. This never used to be a problem and it’s has happen a few times now and is embarrassing when it declines.

Realize that Apple is likely just checking with your financial institution if the payment method is valid and getting a reply that something is inconsistent with their records. Check with your financial institution about the status of your card. Also check your payment information you are entering exactly matches what you get on bills from your card holder.
