I’ve recently upgraded to Unifi mesh WiFi. This worked ok for a while but now the system is not recognising my iPhone X or iPad. It does recognise my partners old iPhone 7. Please help

Check your WiFi Router / Modem for --> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points ...
Connecting to Wifi is the first part and then getting connected to the Internet is the second
For your Internet connection.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I keep going round in circles. I’m not technically minded. I’ve been researching this all morning and understand that there are frequent problems with Apple products connecting to Unifi mesh products. I was hoping that someone could give me a straight forward answer to what the settings need to be.
