My Apple Watch does not turn on when I raise my wrist. I have tried a hard sit off and have gone to general and followed the directions. What can I do to fix it

Could you be in Theater Mode?

Use Control Center on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

This setting turns on Silent Mode, and the screen stays dark until you tap or press a button.
