How do I retrieve a deleted note on an iphone 8

Deleted notes are stored in the recently deleted folder in your notes app for 30 days.
Just go into that folder and select the note you want to retrieve, then press the file button at the bottom and select “notes”, or create a new folder if you wish.
If you delete them from that folder or the 30 day limit has expired there is no way to get those notes back.
