Buying/downloading apps

My new iPad won’t let me download it purchase any app that I do not already have. I’ve tried resetting it, signing out and back in and have verifyed that all payment info is correct. It doesn’t give an error when I try to download anything new it just does the circle like it’s thinking then stops.

You may wish to check your ScreenTime restrictions:


  • Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps
  • Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps


In both cases, set to Allow.
