Translucent white lines on display

Hi,

I suddenly started seeing 2 constant translucent white bars on my MacBook Pro screen that don't go away on restarts or updates. Connecting to an external monitor doesn't show these lines. Looks like my display is damaged? I bought it 1 year ago and there haven't been any impacts to the screen recently or any other falls that could have caused this. Trying to understand how this could have happened and if there is any fix?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.3
